HomeoAI Clinic Docs
Real-world guidance for running AI-assisted homeopathy in your clinic. Configure providers, manage roles, and keep patient data secure.
1) Getting Started
- Create your clinic admin account and add doctors/operators from Settings > User Management.
- Configure AI providers in Doctor Settings > Add your AI API (Gemini, Groq, OpenAI) and set priority.
- Use the Expert AI Prescription page to generate AI-assisted remedies with vitals and history.
2) AI Keys & Priority
- Each doctor stores their own encrypted keys; keys never leave the server.
- Priority is doctor-specific: provider #1 is tried first, then automatic fallback to #2, then #3.
- Enable/disable providers per doctor; last 4 digits show for verification only.
3) Data & Security
- Patient data stays isolated per clinic; RLS enforces per-doctor access to AI keys.
- AES-256-GCM encryption for keys with a dedicated server-side secret.
- No client-side exposure of keys; all AI calls are server-to-provider only.
4) Best Practices
- Use clear, medical chief complaints for best AI results; avoid gibberish/test text.
- Include vitals and treatment history to improve remedy relevance.
- Review AI suggestions; final prescribing decision stays with the doctor.
5) Troubleshooting
- 401 from Groq → regenerate the Groq key and update Doctor Settings.
- 429 from Gemini → quota exceeded; wait/reset or move Gemini lower in priority.
- If all providers disabled/not set → add at least one key and enable it.
